The Cashel Chamber of Commerce contacted us to overhaul their existing site. They required a fresh new brand, look and feel for the site however it still needed to encompass the tradition and heritage Cashel is renowned for. As the Rock of Cashel is the most visited Heritage site in Ireland and well known internationally, we had to ensure that the website was appealing to a huge number of foreign visitors.
The response was phenomenal and statistics proved that traffic to the site was at an all time high. Most site visits are by Irish users, followed by the US, Great Britain, Germany, Australia, Spain, the Russian Federation and Canada. The Chamber of Commerce received great media coverage for all of their input into the project and it’s safe to say the new site was a big hit!!
We took inspiration from Cashel’s iconic Rock and the artifacts on the grounds. We created a Celtic knot symbol within the branding. Within this knot, we cannot see a beginning or and end, and therefore we are reminded of the timeless nature of our spirit and the website. The use of the Irish tri-colours also subconsciously say that this town is historical yet stylish and modern.
