
Since August 2011 we have been working with Clerys, the World’s first purpose built department store, to provide them with a creative marketing service. As their marketing management service we are totally responsible for providing Clerys with internal and external memorable marketing solutions. We work to revitalize their brand through monthly promotions, ensuring that each communicate the sentiments of Clerys’ heritage in a chic and modern style and of course increase footfall. We work on the basis that the best way to keep the synonmous Clerys brand alive and fresh is by rolling out a new inspirational ‘theme’ every six weeks, with the concept behind each theme being applied across all touch points of Clerys including: posters, flyers, promotional material, advertising, online activity, in-store point of sale, window vinyls and the window merchandising.
The ‘Love My Mum’ Promotion is running between March and April and focuses on encouraging customers to explore the ‘Clerys Experience’. At the heart of this concept are sincere ideals and a sentiment that all women can identify with – spending more time with family. In line with this, we have created ‘Pamper Packages’ which encourage people to cherish time with their mums by spending a day together in Clerys.
In conjunction with the new Spring Summer season launch, we have focused on a bright, floral, colourful campaign which showcases the top brands which Clerys has to offer. Within this we also developed a ‘Clerys loves Brands’ artwork, which was specifically designed for St. Valentine’s Day and creatively highlights the brands which Clerys can offer as fabulous gift ideas.
We now have two teams within KOH Creative who are dedicated to working together to create and implement a complete creative marketing service for Clerys. Our ‘Creative Team’ and our ‘Account Management Team’ liaise to develop the key concepts behind each of the themes and promotions. The Creative Team then develop the artwork, always ensuring that consistent branding is used in order to maximize upon the effectiveness of any marketing campaign. The Account Management Team ensure all in-store and external activity effectively communications the specific concepts relating to the campaign and that the creative work is applied rigorously and consistently for a more enjoyable experience in Clerys for the customer.
