We are proud to be involved in the announcement of one of the biggest leisure and entertainment developments ever proposed for Ireland. The Tipperary Venue, which will include a super Casino, a five star hotel, a replica of the White House, an all weather racecourse track, a greyhound track, a signature 18 hole golf course, and an equestrian centre. The size of this development has not been seen in Europe before. We have been chosen to create the logo and brand identities for the development. Our role is to produce visual solutions to the communication needs of our client, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness.
“This pioneering development is the most ambitious project undertaken in recent times” said Michael Lowry, “This is an extraordinary exceptional project. It is an exciting unique concept with enormous potential.” Industry leaders have warmly welcomed Mr. Quirke’s creative vision for the region. Horse trainer Aidan O’Brien said “This is a phenomenal project and just what the Irish racing industry needs…it will be fantastic to have this world-class facility in Co.Tipperary.”
Embracing innovation, creativity and sophistication, The Tipperary Venue is destined to become an international meeting place for influential leaders in the fields of sport, leisure and entertainment. It is anticipated that the arrival of such a prestigious project to these shores will mark a resurgence in fortune for the tourism sector in Ireland, ultimately making The Tipperary Venue the location for sport, culture, leisure and entertainment in Europe.
We worked closely with Valerie O’Reilly of Unicorn PR, to create the perfect visual representation for the development through it’s promotional prospectus. Creating this premium brochure, incorporating an alluring and luxurious style throughout, we have encompassed a clear, chic and sophisticated design, purposely arousing curiosity to the nature of the World Class development. We were set with the challenge to create the correct look and feel for The Tipperary Venue as the project lied in such early stages. We therefore chose a balance of striking high impactful photography, intellectual historic quotes and elegant script typography throughout. The attention to detail of the printing, with it’s intricate die cutting of the pages and Spot UV finishes added a further touch of class.
